the bermuda depths
i became first acquainted with "the bermuda depths" when we were traveling on some family vacation as a kid. we were all staying in one hotel room and fell asleep watching tv. well, i woke up in the middle of the night and this is what was on. my dad fell asleep with the remote, and i didn't want to get out of bed to turn it off, so i watched it until i fell asleep again. all i remembered was a giant sea turtle and a beautiful girl who could breath underwater. from then on i had reoccurring dreams for years involving giant sea turtles and a thriving fascination with the bermuda triangle. this movie haunted me, and it wasn't until relatively recently that i set out to figure out what it was.
