last night i dreamed of a life-sized blue whale hot air balloon suspended in the sky above me. today while searching for images regarding "whale balloon" i stumbled upon the work of ralph cahoon (1910-1982). this is by far my most delightful discovery in quite some time.roadtrip... the cahoon museum of american art.
